The Hivenet app adds a location in Finder where you can work with files in your Store account. Use My Disk inside that location.
Open your files
Open Hivenet and make sure you are signed in to the account that holds your files.
In Finder, look under Locations for Hivenet, then open My Disk. You can also use the folder shortcut in the app, labeled Hivenet folder or Open Hivenet folder.
If the location is missing, follow the missing Hivenet folder checks. If the app asks you to convert an older account, read the conversion preflight before continuing.
Add a file
Keep the original in a separate location. Copy the file into My Disk or a folder inside it.
Keep Hivenet running and connected to the internet while the file uploads.
Check Syncing and Issues in Hivenet. A pending or failed upload is not a completed stored copy.
If a file appears in Issues, read the reported problem and keep the original. If you cannot resolve it, contact Hivenet Support with the app version, the step that failed and the exact message.
Check a completed upload
Find the file in the web app while signed in to the same account. Download a separate copy and open it to check its contents. Keep the original while checking, and note where the retrieved copy is saved.
Send a file to someone
For a link to one synced file, follow Send a file from your desktop computer. The Mac Send flow has different options from Send in a browser.
