If Hivenet is missing from Finder, check the sidebar and the installed Hivenet app. A missing Finder entry alone does not tell you whether your files are available in Store.
Check the Finder sidebar
Open Finder.
If the sidebar is hidden, choose View > Show Sidebar. You can also press Control-Command-S.
Expand Locations using its arrow, then look for Hivenet.
If Hivenet appears, select it and note whether the folder opens or shows an error.
Try opening the folder from Hivenet
Open Hivenet from Applications, if it is installed.
Check for a connecting message or another error.
If the app offers Hivenet folder in Store, select it. You may instead see Open Hivenet folder on Home.
Note whether Finder opens the Hivenet folder, and check Locations again.
If the folder opens from the app but its sidebar entry is still missing, report that difference. If the entry appears and opens, the visibility check has worked. An opened folder or listed file does not by itself confirm that every file is available to open.
If the app stays on Connecting, use the Mac connection checks.
If it closes immediately, use Mac app launch troubleshooting.
If the app is missing, use the official app downloads page. Contact Support before replacing an older app that is your only way to reach files.
If the folder opens but a file will not, record that difference and contact Support. Keep any device or separate copy where the file still opens.
If the folder is still missing or will not open
Contact Hivenet Support with your macOS and Hivenet versions, whether the app opens, whether its folder button is available, and what happened when you selected it. Include the exact Finder or app error, hiding personal details in screenshots.
If you see an extension, permission, storage-location or account warning, record its wording before changing anything. Do not move the Hivenet folder, choose another account's folder, delete app components, or change extension settings to restore a sidebar entry.
If Support asks for logs, ask for instructions for your app version. If its Support screen is unavailable, include this in your request.
Keep working sessions and any file copies you can still use. Do not delete Hivenet folders or reinstall the app while file access is unresolved.
