Complete this review for one file or group of files you rely on. Bring together the results from your access, file, backup and privacy checks, then decide what still needs attention.
Keep working originals and any device where files still open. You can review your setup without signing out, resetting an account or changing a passphrase.
Bring the checks together
Area | Use this guide | Result to record |
Account access | Your sign-in method, whether a Store passphrase is enabled and whether its private record is available. Never write the secret here.
Usable file | The downloaded copy you opened, its expected version and any missing or changed content.
Separate backup | The additional copy you retrieved, its location and whether it was usable.
Privacy and notices | Who needs the information, any privacy request still pending, and any action/date in an account-retention notice.
Responsibilities | Your next actions and any service question that Hivenet needs to answer. |
Finish the review
Choose the file or group of files and record the date.
Work through the table. Mark each result as checked, not checked or needs attention. Record only work you actually completed.
For each unresolved issue, record the next action, who will handle it and any deadline. Set a date to review the setup again.
An unchecked item stays open. Completing a lesson or opening one file does not prove that every file is recoverable or that the whole setup is secure.
If a passphrase is missing, preserve working access and use the lost-passphrase guide. For missing or unusable files, contact Hivenet Support with the observed problem, without credentials or private file contents.
This completes the Store security review. Revisit the relevant guide when your files, devices or needs change. For Compute workloads, use Hivenet Docs.
