Store with Hivenet gives you one place for the files you want to keep across your devices. This guide covers the basics so you can get started quickly. For operating system support, device-specific behavior, and troubleshooting, use the linked Help Center articles at the end.

Before you start

To get started, you need a Hivenet account, a supported device, and an internet connection for setup and syncing. Check operating system support before you install the app.

Get started in 3 steps

  1. Sign in to your Hivenet account.

  2. Install the Hivenet app on the device you use most.

  3. Add files to your Hivenet folder and let them sync.

Once your files are in the Hivenet folder, you can open, edit, move, and organize them like you would in any normal desktop folder. Hivenet handles syncing in the background.

How Store works across your devices

If you use both desktop and mobile, some behavior is different. On desktop, the Hivenet folder is the main place for your files. On mobile, files are handled differently, and some actions may require you to download files or refresh your view to see the latest cloud state. The device guides below explain what to expect.
