Once you’ve sent a file with Hivenet, that transfer will stay live for 7 days. During this time, anyone with the link can access and download the files you shared. There’s currently no button to delete or revoke a link early, so if you accidentally share a file with the wrong person or just change your mind, the link will remain active until it expires on its own.
If you want to limit access before that deadline, the only option is to delete the message or chat where you posted the link, but anyone who already has it can still download. Hivenet is considering manual deletion as a future feature, but for now, the 7-day expiry is the only way links are removed from the network.
If you’re dealing with something especially sensitive, consider using password protection for an added layer of security.
