You can use Send directly from your phone or tablet. There’s no app to install — just visit send.hivenet.com in your mobile browser.

What works well on mobile?

  • Single files like PDFs, photos, voice memos, and short videos

  • Quick links you want to generate and send on the go

  • Transfers under 500 MB tend to complete smoothly

What’s limited or less reliable?

  • Uploading large files (over 1–2 GB)

  • Adding lots of files (e.g. more than 20)

  • Keeping the upload alive if you switch apps or lock your screen

Mobile uploads can sometimes stall or restart if your phone puts the browser to sleep or your connection drops. We cover this more in Why large transfers work better on desktop.

In general, If you’re sending something important or heavy, use a computer. It’s not that mobile can’t do it. It’s just less forgiving if something goes wrong mid-upload.

Does it work on all devices?

Yes — Send supports browsers on both iOS (iPhone, iPad) and Android. Just make sure JavaScript and cookies are enabled in your browser settings.
