Managing deleted files in Hivenet
When you delete a file in Hivenet, it moves to a dedicated Trash Bin within the app. You can restore or permanently remove files from this bin. Here's how it works on different devices.
On Desktop
Deleted files go to your device’s default recycle bin. Empty it by right-clicking and selecting Empty Recycle Bin.
Online-only files (files not stored locally) are permanently deleted immediately after a warning.
The Trash Bin in the Hivenet app displays all deleted files across your devices. Right-click anywhere in the bin and select Empty to remove everything.
On Mobile
Access the Trash Bin tab in the app to manage deleted files.
To permanently delete all files, tap the trash bin icon in the top-right corner and select Empty Trash Bin.
