You can delete the account you use for Store from the Hivenet web app. Account deletion is permanent: you will lose access to the account and its stored files.
Download what you want to keep and check any paid subscription before you delete the account.
Before you delete your account
Save the files you want to keep outside Hivenet and open the copies to check them. If the only accessible copies are in a signed-in app, keep that app signed in until you have saved them.
If you have a paid subscription, cancel it with the provider that manages it and keep the cancellation confirmation. Check your receipt if you do not know who manages the subscription.
Check that you are signed in to the account you intend to delete.
Do not rely on account deletion to stop recurring charges. If you are still being charged or cannot confirm cancellation, contact Support before deleting the account.
Delete the account in the web app
Open your Hivenet account page and sign in if asked.
Open the three-dot account menu next to Sign out.
Select Delete Hivenet account.
Read Delete your Hivenet account?, including its acknowledgment checkboxes. Check your saved copies and billing-provider cancellation confirmation before selecting the acknowledgments. Giving a reason for leaving is optional.
When you have saved your files and checked cancellation, select Delete account. Select Cancel if you are not ready.
Wait for the Account deleted confirmation before closing the browser tab. If an error appears or you do not get confirmation, contact Support instead of assuming deletion succeeded.
If you start in the mobile app
On iOS or Android, look under Settings and Hivenet Account for Delete account. If that option is available, read the warning before selecting Delete Hivenet account. You can also use the web instructions above.
If you see Before you delete your account, the app is asking you to cancel an active subscription first. Use Manage subscription and follow the route for your billing provider. If the prompt remains after cancellation, contact Hivenet Support with the cancellation confirmation and the prompt's wording.
If you cannot complete deletion
Contact Hivenet Support if you cannot sign in, an encryption-passphrase problem prevents deletion, or you see an error. Help with deleting an inaccessible account does not restore access to its files.
Personal data and other products
Some personal data may be retained for legal or operational reasons. The Privacy Policy explains how deletion requests are handled.
