Prerequisites:

  • Please make sure you have a Hive user account. If you do not have one, you can sign up at hivenet.com.

📘Steps to troubleshoot

Step 1: Logout and exit app

  1. Right-click on the hiveDisk icon in the taskbar.

  2. Select 'Logout'.

  3. Then choose ‘Exit’ to quit the hiveDisk application completely.

Step 2: Update to the latest version

  • Make sure you are using the latest version of hiveDisk. Download the most recent update from hivenet.com/downloads.

Step 3: Relaunch the app

  • You can just open the hiveDisk application again and log in.

Following these steps should typically resolve the connection issue. If the problem persists, further investigation may be required.
