Thinking of canceling your Hivenet subscription? We’re here to help guide you through it and make sure you don’t get any unexpected charges. Follow these simple steps to cancel your subscription directly from your dashboard.
Steps to cancel your Hivenet subscription
Head over to https://app.hivenet.com/account and log in with your credentials.
In your dashboard, find the My Account section. Once there, click on Cancel plan.
A prompt will ask you to confirm your choice. Click Yes, cancel plan to finalize your cancellation.
You are done! Your subscription will expire at the end of your current billing period, so you’ll still have full access to your plan until then. After that, you won’t be charged
again.
Note: Once canceled, your Hivenet subscription will end with your current billing period. After this, your account will revert to the free 25GB plan.
If your storage usage exceeds 25GB at that time, don’t worry—you won’t lose any files, but you won’t be able to upload additional files until you reduce your usage back below the 25GB limit.
Be sure to back up or manage your storage as needed before your subscription expires.
