Send has free use, and paid Store plans include unlimited Send transfers. You pay for the plan rather than each transfer. Other transfer limits still apply; check the Send plan guide before choosing a plan.
You do not need to contribute storage to buy a plan. Before confirming a purchase, check the price, billing period and Send benefits shown at checkout.
Check the account and billing provider
Sign in to Send with the account linked to your subscription. If paid benefits are missing, check that account before buying another plan.
Check your latest subscription receipt to see whether Hivenet or Apple bills you.
For a subscription purchased through Hivenet, open your account page. Under Your plan, use View payment history to review the available billing records.
If Apple bills you, use the Apple Account shown on the receipt for payment and subscription changes. If the receipt names another provider, use that provider's settings or ask Support which route applies.
Change payments or cancel
Use the payment or subscription options provided by the company named on your receipt. If the option you need is missing, contact Hivenet Support before buying another subscription.
After changing a payment method, check the confirmation and the method selected for future payments. If you cancel, keep the cancellation confirmation and check the date the paid plan ends.
A payment-method change does not by itself confirm that an outstanding invoice was paid or a canceled subscription was restored. Check the payment and subscription status separately.
Can contribution credits pay for Send?
No. Legacy contribution balances do not count toward current Store subscription bills, including plans with Send benefits. Contribution is currently unavailable, and deprecated Hivenet apps are not a supported way to earn new credits.
Check the amount due on the payment page or invoice. If you have a question about an earlier contribution balance or charge, keep the contribution record, billing period and receipt so Support can review that history. A displayed legacy balance does not reduce the current amount due.
If a charge or paid benefit looks wrong
If you see an unexpected charge, a payment reminder, or a free allowance despite an active paid subscription, contact Hivenet Support before purchasing another plan. Include the account email, billing provider, invoice or receipt number, charge date and amount, and the status shown in Send.
Do not include your password, passphrase or full card number. Keep any payment or cancellation confirmation so Support can compare it with the account records.
