If you've already set up Hivenet but want to change which drive your contribution storage is located on, don't worry - it's a quick and easy process! Moving your storage to a different drive lets you optimize your device's storage according to your needs and preferences.
Here's how to change your Hivenet contribution drive:
Open the Hivenet app on your computer.
In the app menu, go to hiveNet.
Find the My Devices section.
Under Contributed Space, click on Settings.
Click Change drive and select the new drive where you want to store your contribution.
That's it! Your Hivenet storage will now be moved over to the new drive you selected. You can change your contribution drive whenever you need to in order to best manage your storage space.
Why change your contribution drive?
There are a few reasons you might want to use a different drive for your Hivenet storage:
Your original drive is getting full, and you want to free up space
You got a new, larger drive and want to take advantage of the extra storage
